Your gas boiler needs regular servicing to keep running smoothly and avoid breakdowns. Our gas boiler service does not include any additional labour and any parts that may be required to repair your gas boiler. If a part and additional labour is required to repair the gas boiler, this will be quoted for separately. If you require repairs to your gas boiler, then please contact us and we’d be delighted to arrange to provide you with a quote.

 Our Gas Boiler Service Includes:

  • Check the condition of and permitted location of the appliance and its electrical controls
  • Inspect flue integrity, suitability, condition, size, route, functionality, terminal, cowl, guard, and installation standard
  • Check ventilation as per manufacturer’s instructions or as outlined in IS:813 2002 (edition 2)
  • Conduct electrical safety tests including fuse rating, isolation switch, polarity, earth continuity, resistance to earth, short circuit test, supply voltage
  • Check accessibility, functionality, and condition of isolating valves
  • Inspect, clean and adjust main and pilot burners and injectors
  • Check, clean and adjust ignition and ionisation electrodes
  • Check flame picture
  • Check operation of gas boiler safety devices
  • Sample air intake analysis
  • Sample flue gas analysis
  • Conduct appliance gas safety tests
  • Adjustment time and temperature controls as required
  • Complete RGII appliance conformance certificate

Terms and Conditions

  • Boiler must be working and accessible for the service
  • Refunds will not be provided
  • The gas boiler service must be completed within three months from the date of purchase.
  • All efforts will be made by ACR Plumbing and Heating Ltd to complete the service as listed as close to the preferred date and time selected.
  • When we receive your booking and payment we will call you to confirm your appointment and will let you know the name of your plumber and the time you can expect them to call.
  • You must provide your boiler make and model at the time of booking your gas boiler service
  • 24-hour cancellation policy.
  • This online booking price is valid for standard efficiency wall hung gas boilers only.
  • Excludes servicing of back boiler systems.
  • Valid for South Dublin postal codes only – For other parts of Dublin, please contact us.
  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Your gas boiler must be working and accessible for the service.
  • Service does not cover breakdowns. If you require repairs to your gas boiler, then please contact us and we’d be delighted to arrange a quote.
  • Excludes any additional labour or any parts required.
  • Valid only for a central heating gas boiler with up to 35kW output.
  • Valid for system and standard gas boilers.
